Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment if possible. If you have a no show, we will require payment in full for services rendered prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule and have paid for services, we will only reschedule one time, and we DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you have a code sent by FDLE to be reprinted, please make sure it is provided at time of appointment. FDLE nor ADU LIVESCAN refund any monies if you make payment or visit another location other than ours. Our Drug Testing services will follow the same rules as above. Remember we offer no service that has a guarantee of outcome with Fingerprinting nor Drug Testing. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out immediately.
